PC BASED LED MODULE TEST EQUIPMENTS
1.Insulation (Megger) Test at 500V
2. Run Test to measure DC Voltage and DC Current

All tests are performed as per IS 16103 Part 1 & 2.

Goniophotometer - FULL FIELD SPEED – EVERFINE GO-R5000 (AS PER LM-79/IS16106)
GO-R5000 can be widely used in the measurement of all types of lighting sources like lamps, luminaires, indoor lights, outdoor lights, street lights, flood lights with very high accuracy. Export format: *.GOS *.CIE *.CEN *.IES *.TM14 *.CIB *.LDT, which can directly match International Universal Lighting Design Software, such as Dialux, AGI32, Lumen-Micro. The spatial spectral/colorimetric quantities and spectral/color uniformity and luminance distribution and luminance uniformity can be achieved by the goniophotometer system. Fully meets IESNA LM-79 and GB/T 24824.
WATER INGRESS TEST EQUIPMENT
Water Ingress Testing is conducted to ensure the product is able to operate safety in it’s intended end use. Depending on the intended use the test may involve dripping, Spraying or Submerging the product under water. Depending on the water ingress code IX4 /X5 and Ix6 tests may be conducted. This is the performance and reliability test of the luminaire. All Tests are Performed with respect to IEC 60529
LUMINAIRE SOAKING TEST EQUIPMENT
This is the Reliability Test of the luminaire. All LED luminaires are subjected to work under various input voltage conditions i.e. Low Voltage, Nominal Voltage and High Voltage as well as with ON / Off test to simulate the power failures and highspikes when power re connects. This is the Performance Reliability Test of the luminaire.
